Our Story

Happy Jack’s began in 2017 in Houston, B.C. Our goal was to develop a local restaurant, built on elevated comfort food, genuine hospitality, and a welcoming small-town feel. The hardworking, down-to-earth spirit of Northern B.C. continues to shape who we are as we grow across the province.

From there, we expanded to Parksville, transforming a landmark space into a modern, coastal take on our classic burger joint. With thoughtful design, quality ingredients, and a focus on community, the Island quickly became an important part of our story.

Chilliwack marks a meaningful return to our roots. After first operating in this same location years ago under a different brand, we’re proud to come back as Happy Jack’s — bringing everything we’ve learned full circle and reconnecting with the community that helped shape us.
